VENUE & COST
The Phelps Mansion Museum will utilize and preserve its unique Victorian facility and collections to serve the public through regular tours, exhibits, and programs emphasizing local history, education, literature, art and music.
Originally owned by Sherman David Phelps, entrepreneur and one-time mayor of Binghamton, the Phelps Mansion Museum was constructed in 1870. Its location, Court Street, was once known as “Mansion Row” but today the museum is the only such structure left.
After 1905 the mansion was owned by the Monday Afternoon Club, a private women’s club whose focus was on education, philanthropy, and social causes of the day. The Monday Afternoon Club owned the house for over 100 years.

From 10am-5pm on that Saturday
there will be a select group Readers / Healers / Vendors offering a variety of products and services for our guest.
There will also be food and beverages for purchase in the Lodge's bar area or as we call it the SEANCE ROOM "where you can consummicate with more Earthly Spirits".
The event is open to the public and admission is only $5 (cash) a person to get in.
Readers / Healers / Vendors will be charging their own reasonable amounts for products and services.
